Because we embrace sustainability, we partner with a NZ printer and t-shirt known brand supplier who are constantly assessing and improving processes to minimise waste and impact on the environment. Some key points from both sources to note are:

• 100% garment traceability from factories in China and Bangladesh that have been visited and audited and are with whom we have the highest degree of transparency and engagement.

• Two suppliers in Bangladesh are part of our Organic Cotton Program.

• 60% of our business is with vertical suppliers who knit and dye their own fabrics, 20% is through a number of specialist fabric sources, all traceable and 20% through one dye house in China.

• Orders are shipped in compostable courier bags and use paper cushioning rather than bubble wrap• We reuse boxes and supplier packaging.

• All inks are certified to Oeko-Tex standards and are recycled at the end of their life.

• All glass/cardboard/kerbside plastic is recycled by the printer.

• All thermal label backing and courier strips is recycled by the printer.

• The printer recycles all soft plastics through a community scheme.

• The printer recycles toner/ink cartridges through Brother.

• The printer uses Upparel to divert textile waste from landfill - the garments are broken down and turned into cotton fill/poly fill rather than being sent to landfill.
